I am currently accepting new clients through Renewing Wellness in our Adel, IA office and telehealth. I specialize in working with couples, mood disorders, and treatment resistant anxiety / depression. In addition to this, I also work with clients struggling with addictions, complex trauma, and parenting / family relationship dynamics. My hope is that you would feel understood and confident in the care you are receiving, as we work together in discovering root issues and consider making life adjustments.
